Delivery Conditions for online orders


To purchase on you have to be at least 18 years old. We keep the right to cancel orders from people stating wrong personal information and/or has payment remarks.

Your IP number is saved at every order. False orders are reported to the police.

1. Order confirmation
An order confirmation is automatically sent to the stated e-mail address. Please save the order confirmation for contact with our customers service.

2. Delivery time
The delivery time is usually a few days (within Sweden) from the time you placed your order. Items out of stock prolongs the delivery time. In that case you will be notified and you then have the possibility to cancel the order.

3. Freight
The shipping cost is stated at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Shipping is not negotiable and prices change from time to time. Shipping means delivery to the port or land border. The freight is carried weekdays, daytime and announced before by the shipping company.

Have you selected partial payment or invoice ? The goods will then be delivered to the address where you are registered.

No shipping cost is paid if you pick up the goods yourself at our warehouse. The item must be collected within 2 business days or else you will be charged a storage fee of 120 SEK per day without exception.
You must be able to identify yourself when picking up the goods.

If you choose to pick up your goods yourself - Bring someone to help you load the car/trailer.

4. Type of payment
Before confirming the order you have the possibility to choose the type of payment.

5. Late payment
The time of payment when invoicing is 14 days. By late payment you will be charged late payment fees and interest according to the Swedish law.

6. Cancellation of order
As a consumer, according to the distance selling law, you have the right to cancel your order, without any particular reason. You have to inform our customers service within 14 days after receiving the goods. To return your purchase, the items must be unused and not damaged in the original packing.
Please return back the items together with a copy of the invoice. You have to pay the freight back to us by yourself. On the invoice please state "Cancellation of order". The returned items must not be sent back as cash on delivery or similar.

7. Faulty items
7.1 Faulty by delivery
We guarantee that the items you ordered are flawless by delivery. Should you receive a defect och wrong item you must contact our customers service as soon as possible, latest within 14 days. When we receive your error report we will send you a prepaid return label. Send the faulty item in the same condition you received it, together with the error report, and we will send you a new item.

7.2 Fault during warranty
We guarantee that the items your ordered from us are free from manufacturing errors during a period of 12 months after the purchase, or the period valid for your specific item. Should your item stop working during the warranty period it is usually being sent to a repair shop. At FYNDAB.COM we do not have our own repair shops. We use the manufacturers authorized repair shops. Befor repairing please contact our customers service via the contact form on this site. The customers service will inform you how to proceed with the repair. The manufacturer has the right to repair the item 3 times before we have to exchange it for you.

7.3 Complaint
Compliants of faulty items must be made during reasonable time from the date you discovered or should have discovered the error. The right of complain expires after 3 years.

7.4 Damage by delivery
Items damaged by delivery shall be reported within 7 days to the shipping company, DSV Road AB. Please contact DSV Road AB, phone no:+46-8-609 50 00.

8. Dispute
Dispute caused on basis of these conditions shall be concluded in the Swedish court of law.
